With thanks to our Senior Chaplain, Fr Paul Bagott SChLJ, this year’s Commandery Carol Service will take place at St Cuthbert’s Church, Philbeach Gardens SW5 9EB on Wednesday 14th December at 7pm.
We will be joining members of the St Cuthbert’s parish for this event – and will be led by their choir; as well as having a number of opportunities to join in with congregational carols. The intention is to provide refreshments after the service. The service itself is free to attend, but there will be a collection on the day for those able and willing to contribute to the cost of this event and the work of the Order.
To ensure we have an idea of numbers, please can you reply to secretary.london.lazarus [at] gmail.com if you intend to attend. Guests are also very welcome – indeed, this is a perfect opportunity to bring guests (especially those who may be considering membership) to an Order event. Members of the Order are encouraged to wear mantles, but no insignia. Gentlemen are also encouraged to wear the tie of the Order.
